2019 General Assembly - 72nd Regular Session

​The Colorado Legislature convened for its 72nd General Assembly on Friday, January 4th, 2019, with over 100 bills introduced on the 1st day. Initial bills indicated healthcare and education would be a top priority. By the end of the session, the legislature considered everything from climate change and oil and gas reform to gun control and sex education. Browse the governor's actions here.

2018 General Assembly - 71st Regular Session

​The Colorado Legislature convened for its 71st General Assembly, 2nd regular session, on Wednesday, January 10th, 2018, with 130 bills introduced on the 1st day. After considering nearly 800 bills, the governor signed 421 into law, two became law without his signature, and nine others were vetoed.
